Cain Chaplain and Administrative Services is operated by Rev. Bill Cain.  Bill is pastor of the Louisville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in Louisville Georgia.  He has spent his life in both ministry and business having run his own family business for more than 20 years before entering the ministry full time.  Bill is married to Monica, and they have three children and 2 grandchildren.  Bill brings a lifetime of pastoral care to the chaplain services.

Chaplains perform a critical role in society by coming along side others to minister to individual and group needs.  In the workplace they can provide a personalized care for all employees that is active and proactive.  As a chaplain, Bill can provide confidential, pastoral counseling services, help to encourage employees and morale, offer Bible Studies and meet other needs as identified by management or employees.  Such opportunities help employees to balance worktime and home life.  These efforts often increase retention as well.  Employees are the greatest asset of any business.

Bill can perform onsite visits as needed or on a regular schedule.  These visits never interfere with workflow nor is it the role of a chaplain to advocate for employee or management.  Chaplains can help to mitigate issues within the organization if needed.
